Artists Win Awards

Treynor High School competed in the Area High School Art Exhibition at the Artist's Cooperative Gallery in Omaha.  Ten area schools were invited to enter no more than 10 pieces into the competition.  Clarissa Weitzel received 2nd place in the 3D category with her hand-built coil pot and Brock Fox received an Honorable Mention in the same category for his hand-built mug.  Other artists who have work displayed there until February 2 are Tyler Christensen, Avery Dyke, Keelea Navara, Lucy Thiel and Maisy Wasenius.  

Stop in and see the wonderful student work exhibited there until February 2.
