Homecoming Weather Plan is Implemented
No Parade, Carnival or Combine
Due to the very wet weather forecast, there will be no parade, kids carnival or NFL combine. The Pep Rally will be at 2:00 in the West Gym with the coronation of Homecoming King & Queen during the pep rally. Booster Club dinner is still being served from 4:30-7:00 in the HS Commons and the game is set for 7:00 p.m. against Tri-Center.
- The parade and other outside activities including the Kids Carnival & the Combine will be cancelled.
- Please email pictures of your floats to Mrs. Bailey, Technology Director, so everyone's decorating efforts can be recognized on the web.
- MS and HS students have a schedule of events they will follow before the pep rally. Click here to view the MS/HS Plan B Schedule.
- The pep rally will begin at 2:00 and be held in the west gym with the King & Queen Coronation taking place at the pep rally.
- Busses will pick up elementary students at 1:40 to participate in the pep rally and take them back to the elementary when the pep rally is over at about 2:45.
- Elementary students not riding buses home will be dismissed at our normal time of 3:25. Students will not be allowed to leave with parents directly from the Pep Rally.
- Elementary Parents who wish to pick up their children after the Pep Rally will be able to do so no earlier than 3:25. The pickup lanes will be blocked off for the buses and not be accessible until 3:25.
- Elementary Parents who wish to pick up students prior to the Pep Rally should plan on signing them out no later than 1:15. After 1:15 the pickup lane will be blocked off for our buses.
