Prom 2025

A Night in Paris - April 12, 2025

This web page contains important details emailed to parents about the Parade of Stars and Post Prom activities that surround the school's Prom.  The Prom dance and dinner are hosted by the school, while the Parade of Stars and Post Prom are hosted by the Junior Class parents.  Please read the information below that was emailed to parents on 3/17/25 from Junior Parent Co-Chairs.

Prom Schedule - Saturday, April 12

  • 4:45 PM   Doors open for Students and their Prom Guests (enter through West Gym Doors), Bag Check-in, Paris Photo Stations (East Gym), Professional Photography by Tracy Gillespie Photography (East Gym)
  • 6:00 PM   Parade of Stars (Auditorium) followed by Class Photos
  • 6:45 PM   Buses leave for The Palace
  • 7:00 PM   Treynor Prom, Dinner and Dance (The Palace)
  • 10:30 PM  Buses return to the school, Post Prom begins (Treynor Middle School)
  • 2:00 AM    Post Prom Concludes, students released

As parents, there are some important forms to be completed and signed so your student is able to fully participate in this fun evening.  Please review the following:

  • Parade of Stars and Post Prom Packet - Treynor Junior or Senior Student: *New this year - electronic form!*  Please complete and submit the following form with your student.  You will need their help, as the last page includes the information that will be shared about your student during Parade of Stars.  

Post Prom Packet - Junior or Senior Treynor Student

  • Parade of Stars and Post Prom Packet - GUESTS: FORWARD this GUEST link to your student's guest (if they are not a current Treynor Junior or Senior) so their parents can complete the online form and waivers attached to this email (**forms also linked below in this web article**).  (If your student is going to Prom with another Junior or Senior Treynor student - there are no guest forms or paperwork needed)

Post Prom Packet - GUEST

  • Waivers and Photography Order Form: PRINT and COMPLETE the three attached forms in this email (**forms also linked below in this web article**). Printed copies of the forms are also available in the High School office if you need them. To turn these in, you can either EMAIL signed, scanned copies to tblack@treynorcardinals.org or turn physical copies in at the High School office.

All electronic forms and waivers are due to the office by Friday, March 31!

Ms. Abbott sent out a parent email on March 12, and has also been communicating with students directly, about a Prom RSVP and a printed Guest Permission Form required for the Prom dinner and dance.  Please note these forms are separate from the information above and also need to be completed by Friday, March 31.

NEW THIS YEAR: Prom T-shirts and sweatshirts are available in multiple styles. Order for you and/or your guest by March 30th at the Anytime Tees Store.
